Rae Michos

Rae Michos is a Senior Manager in West Monroe’s Utilities practice with over 12 years of experience in the energy and utilities sector. Rae collaborates with clients to lead large transformation programs. She specializes in the deployment of advanced control centers, smart grid technology integration, regulatory strategy, and enhanced operations. Rae holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler, a Master’s in Education, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering.​ Rae started her career as an educator in Pennsylvania, where she worked with the oil and natural gas industry to develop and lead an innovative energy education program. She applies the same curiosity-driven, collaborative approach in her current role, building trusted partnerships in the evolving energy landscape.
